You maintain 2 teams.

• You have a Right Team
• You have a Left Team

You earn points from all enrollments in both teams.

Example:

• If you enroll a person, you earn a point in the team where you enrolled the person.
• If a person in either of your 2 teams enrolls a person, you earn a point in the team where they were enrolled... no matter where the person is within your team structure and no matter where the person lives.

There are 3 ways to earn money from Rocky101.

1. Direct Bonus:

• Each time you enroll a person, you earn a commission (UDS$100).

2. Milestones:

3 points (1/2 or 2/1) = 1 Milestone

• 1/2 or 2/1 = 2 points on either of your 2 teams and 1 point on the other team.

You can have multiple Milestones in a Weekly Payout.

• 1 (one) Milestone is approximately $50
• 10 (ten) Milestones is approximately $500

3. 10% Weekly Override Milestone Bonus:

• You will earn a 10% weekly override bonus from each of your personally sponsored persons milestones.
• If you sponsor 10 people, and they each make $500 in one weekly payout - which would be a total of $5,000, you would earn 10% of their Milestones.

You can earn up to $25,000 in a week from an Earning Postion, plus your Personal Bonuses, plus your 10% milestone bonuses... and can have up to 3 earning positions (see Basic Set Of Rules below).

1. You can only enroll in one position, absolutely no multiple enrollments allowed.
2. Your first enrollment will be placed in the same team (right or left) that you were enrolled in under your sponsor. After you make your first sale, you can change the placement of your team members.
3. You become qualified to earn weekly payout milestones once you have enrolled one person in each of your 2 teams.
4. You can have a total of 3 earning positions, your initial earning position and 2 bonus positions, one in each team. However, the 2 bonus positions must be earned, and cannot be purchased.
   • To earn a bonus position in your left team, you must have 2 personal paid enrollments in your left team.
   • To earn a bonus position in your right team, you must have 2 personal paid enrollments in your right team.
   • Each bonus position must be qualified to earn weekly payout milestones (see #3 above).
5. Commissions are paid weekly. The payrun cutoff time is every Wednesday morning 9:00AM (CST) - 10:00PM (Taiwan time).
6. There is a $2.50 processing fee deducted from each commission payment made to all reps that earn a commission.
7. Stacking sales: Upon completion of an inhouse investigation, if it is determined that you have stacked positions which deter your sponsor from earning the 10% override bonus, you could be immeditatly terminated and all of your personal sponsored sales could be awarded to your sponsor's position. This practice will not be tolerated.

• A person's earnings are directly related to his or her efforts and the efforts of the members of his or her 2 teams.
• Any Rocky101 member or Independent Representative who makes any income claims that are not related to personal earnings can be terminated as an Rocky101 Independent Representative.
